La Masoveria before the restoration

The property is in a place as peculiar as charming. The zone is called "Bosc Nou",
that belongs to the residential area "Els Boscos de Valls".
The history of this area is rich. Due to the kind and smooth weather of the mediterranean inner region, at the end of the XIX century and beginning the XX, villages were built to the catalonian middle-class families for rest and holidays. |

|
One of these villages is "Villa María Luisa", the main house and residence
of the owners, inside the property "Bosc Nou", that was built in 1896.
It's an exact reproduction of one existing village in Puigcerdà (The Cerdanya), belonging to the owner´s ancestors, whose because of their delicate health they decided to be move to this place. |
